Where are you located?We are located at 142 Joralemon Street, Suite 3ABC, Brooklyn, NY 11201. We are just off Clinton Street, towards Henry. Look for the green awning of the Medical Arts Building.

What form of transportation can I use to get to you?We are down the street from Borough Hall, easily reachable by the 2, 3, 4, 5, R, A, C, and F trains.

Do you close for any holidays?For the 2023-2024 school year, all sessions (in-person and remote) will be cancelled on: Monday, October 9 (Columbus Day/Indigenous People’s Day) Thursday, November 23 (Thanksgiving) Friday, November 24 (day after Thanksgiving) Monday, December 25 (Christmas Day) Monday, January 1 (New Year's Day) Monday, January 15 (Martin Luther King, Jr. Day) Monday, February 19 (Presidents' Day) Monday, May 27 (Memorial Day) Wednesday, June 19 (Juneteenth) Thursday, July 4 (Independence Day)

What services do you offer?We offer speech-language diagnostic and treatment services for children with a wide range of needs including articulation, motor-speech disorders, receptive and expressive language deficits, feeding issues, pragmatic and social language disorders. Are you accepting new clients?Our ability to accept new clients varies. Contact us for additional information.

Do you accept insurance?We are considered out of network for all insurance providers. Please see our current policies (link at top of page) for a more detailed response. We also recommend reaching out to your insurance provider regarding reimbursement.

Do you accept clients from the DOE (Dept of Ed)?At this time, we are not accepting clients with RSAs for treatment.

What are your rates?Our rates vary based on a variety of factors: duration, location and therapist. Call us for more information.

Can I pay my bill online?You can pay your bill via eCheck or ACH by clicking on this link.

Do you accept grants?We accept grants paid directly to Jennifer Eigen, SLP, P.C.

Is your staff PROMPT certified?All of our Brooklyn-based SLPs are PROMPT trained. Please read more about our staff's qualifications here.

What's PROMPT?PROMPT is an acronym for Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets. It is a multidimensional approach to speech production disorders that embraces not only the physical-sensory aspects of motor performance, but also its cognitive-linguistic and social-emotional aspects. What are your hours?We are generally open Monday-Friday from 7am-7pm.
